Labour Law and Workers’ Rights
This webinar explores the legal landscape of employment law and labour law in Canada. It provides an overview of key differences between each of these areas of law, including the respective legal systems available to unionized and non-unionized employees. It also examines rights to collectively bargain and strike, with reference to leading case law and jurisprudence. This webinar provides foundational knowledge of labour law with which to better understand current political events involving workers’ collective action.
